Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Suhu189 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at suhu189.cam ("the Website", "the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided by suhu189 — including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery, and all promotional programmes — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the suhu189 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a User on the suhu189 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or complimentary balances awarded to a User that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by suhu189 to confirm a User's identity, age, and eligibility to gamble.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia and the sole operating currency of the suhu189 platform for standard accounts.
• "Platform" means the suhu189 website, mobile browser experience, and any associated applications or services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using the suhu189 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must bet Bonus Funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Winnings" means real money credited to a User's Account Balance as a result of successful bets or game outcomes.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the suhu189 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Suhu189 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
2. You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly forbidden by law.
4. You must register under your own true identity. The use of aliases, pseudonyms, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
5. You must not hold more than one active suhu189 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of suhu189, or an immediate family member or household member of any such individual.
7. You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the suhu189 platform.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Account registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad or passport number for non-citizens), residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Suhu189 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account under your name, or bank statement)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Suhu189 reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality — including withdrawals — until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Suhu189 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login details.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

By using suhu189, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial entertainment — and you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Malaysian or international law
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, chargeback fraud, or bonus abuse
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate or exploit Platform features
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access restriction, or technical protection employed by suhu189
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any method not intended by suhu189 ("bonus abuse")
• Transmitting any virus, malware, or harmful code through or in connection with the Platform
• Engaging in any action that unduly burdens or disrupts suhu189's infrastructure or servers

Suhu189 reserves the right to monitor all account activity. Any account found to be engaged in the prohibited activities listed above will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances — including both real money and bonus funds — forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Suhu189 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX), CIMB (FPX), Public Bank (FPX), Hong Leong Bank (FPX), DuitNow, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, Litecoin). The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Suhu189 will not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. Any such deposit will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is approved. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 1–5 minutes for verified accounts
• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically instant to 15 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 15 minutes to 2 business hours
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain confirmation times (15–60 minutes)

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Suhu189 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing funds, which may result in processing times exceeding the above estimates in individual cases.

6.3 Fees

Suhu189 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via domestic MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network transaction fees, which will be displayed prior to confirmation. Any fees levied by third-party payment providers are solely the responsibility of the User.

Games & Betting Rules

All games available on the suhu189 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, sports betting, lottery, poker, bingo, and arcade titles — are operated in accordance with the rules published by their respective providers. Where specific game rules are not published on the Platform, the rules of the game provider shall apply.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by suhu189's game providers are regularly tested and certified to ensure fair, unbiased, and unpredictable game outcomes. Suhu189 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, and UFC events — are subject to the betting rules outlined for each market. Pre-match odds are published in advance. In-play (live) odds are dynamic and may change at any time. Suhu189 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or where a market was opened or priced in error.

7.3 Void Bets & Disputes

A bet or game round may be declared void in the following circumstances: where it was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity; where a game or market was offered due to a manifest technical error; where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount (excluding Bonus Funds) to the User's Account Balance.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Suhu189 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific conditions attached to individual promotions.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotional terms. A 15x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the User must place bets totalling RM1,500 before withdrawal is permitted.

8.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in a User's account, the maximum permitted bet per game round is RM250, unless a higher or lower limit is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided without notice.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10–20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 20–100% contribution (varies by market)
• Poker, Video Poker: 5–10% contribution
• Excluded Games: 0% contribution (listed in specific promotion terms)

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotional terms. Standard bonus expiry windows at suhu189 are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress associated with them are forfeited automatically.

8.5 Maximum Bonus Cash-Out

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings is MYR 2,880. This cap applies per bonus, not per campaign. Free spins bonuses may carry a lower maximum cash-out limit as stated in the specific promotion.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

Suhu189 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void all associated winnings, and suspend an account where evidence of bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk, offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements ("hedging"); and withdrawing before completing wagering requirements.

Responsible Gambling

Suhu189 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. The following tools and policies are in place to support this commitment.

• Minimum Age: All users must be aged 21 or above. Suhu189 will verify age as part of the KYC process and will close accounts that fail to meet this requirement.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure time alerts or hard session limits to control the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and no deposits or gameplay are permitted.
• Reality Checks: Users may enable in-session pop-up notifications reminding them of time spent and net session results.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by Suhu189

Suhu189 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Chargebacks initiated through any payment method
• Discovery that the User is under the age of 21
• Use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Any action that suhu189 reasonably believes may harm the Platform, other users, or third parties

Upon suspension for a confirmed breach, suhu189 reserves the right to forfeit all Account Balances, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where a suspension is under investigation and no breach is subsequently confirmed, real-money funds will be returned to the User via the original payment method.

10.2 Closure by User

You may close your suhu189 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suhu189 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Losses resulting from technical faults, Platform downtime, or errors outside suhu189's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials
• Delayed or failed transactions resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers
• Loss of data or corruption of data

In any event, suhu189's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the suhu189 platform — including but not limited to the suhu189 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and any other creative works — is owned by or licensed to suhu189 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of suhu189.

Any unauthorised use of suhu189's intellectual property — including reproduction of the brand name, logo, or game content outside of the Platform — constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action.

Privacy & Data Protection

Suhu189 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, suhu189 collects personal information including identification details, contact information, financial transaction data, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and responsible gambling monitoring. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the suhu189 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to suhu189's customer support team for resolution through our internal dispute process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
